The

The features of this college in the field
of mechanic, civic and materials engineering include:
structural engineering, water resources and environmental engineering, geotechnical
engineering, corrosion control, amorphous materials,
nanotechnology, welding technique, construction materials, solid
mechanics and material science, energy engineering, fluid mechanics, mechatronics and control, design and manufacturing, Nano/Micro system, Bio MEMS, underwater technology, and
precision engineering . The features in the ocean
engineering related field include: ship hydrodynamics,
cavitation and related problems of marine propulsor, underwater acoustic and vibration of marine
vehicles, harbor design and management, coastal disaster prevention. We have a
large low background noise cavitation tunnel which is the third largest in the
world, and a large hydrolic Lab installed on the
campus.
